About Rev Scott (in his own words):

I am a non-denominational minister, ordained in 1989, and I have served churches in Oregon and Colorado. I have performed hundreds of weddings during my ministry and I holds these moments with couples as a deep privilege. As a non-denominational minister, I am completely open and flexible about the types of ceremonies I perform. Always, I meet with the bride and groom and supports them in creating a ceremony that reflect their own wishes, faith, and hearts’ desires.

I communicate very well with brides and grooms, and my follow through with couples regarding our plans and commitments is very good. I understand that a couple’s ceremony is about them; their love, their celebration, and their promises to each other. And I have a unique ability to blend a sense of reverence and lightness in the wedding ceremony, even including a bit of humor, as appropriate.

Performing weddings really is an honor. Even after all the many weddings I have officiated, I still feel that each ceremony is special. I have a dedication to the couple that their wedding be just as beautiful and meaningful as they’ve dreamed. I love this work!
